Pricing and trial questions
- Is a card needed to start the free trial?
- No. The three-day trial needs no debit or credit card, and no payment is ever taken automatically. When the trial ends, learning simply pauses until you choose a plan.
- What happens to my child's work when the trial ends?
- Everything is kept. Progress, mistake notebooks and reports stay in your account, and picking a plan continues exactly where your child left off.
- How does pricing work for more than one child?
- The first child is charged at the plan price and every additional child costs less. Each child receives exactly the same features regardless of the reduced price.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can move between Essential, Complete and Excellence at any time. We show the effect on your bill, including any part-month adjustment, before you confirm.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel in one click from your billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can reactivate at any time.
- Does BrightPath promise better grades?
- No. We do not promise grades, examination results or school places. BrightPath provides practice, explanations and reporting; the tutor can be wrong and is not a replacement for a teacher or school.
- Do children see anything about payment?
- Never. Learner mode contains no billing information, prices, upgrade prompts or expiry warnings. Everything commercial stays in the parent account.
