Terms of service
1. Who may hold an account
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over with parental responsibility for the children they add. Children access BrightPath AI Tuition Ltd's service only through learner mode inside a parent's household.
2. Your responsibilities
Keep your password private, choose a learner PIN that your child does not share, and supervise use as you judge appropriate. You are responsible for activity in your household.
3. What the service is
Adaptive practice, AI-assisted explanation and progress reporting. It is a study aid. We make no promise about exam results, school admissions or grades, and marking of extended written answers is indicative only.
4. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
Plans run from £29 per month for the first child and include a 3-day trial with no card required. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where UK consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription, that right applies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share one household account across families, attempt to extract question banks in bulk, or use the tutor for anything other than study support. We may suspend accounts that put children at risk.
6. Content and licensing
BrightPath questions remain our property and are licensed to you for household study only. Past-paper material is provided only where we hold a recorded licence from the awarding body.
